Hi, I'm Fumi — a Japanese national, philosophy lecturer, and lifelong student of Japanese wisdom.

I created CoolyJapan because I noticed something strange: people all over the world are deeply drawn to Japanese philosophy — concepts like Ichigo Ichie (一期一会), Wabi-Sabi (侘び寂び), and Nana Korobi Ya Oki (七転び八起き) — but they had no beautiful, authentic way to carry that wisdom with them.

So I designed it.
